We are retiring! Thank you to our hundreds of guests over the last 7 years while we hosted on Airbnb. This summer will be our last before we hang the apron and do more of our own traveling :) It was a pleasure to share our beautiful home! We only have a few nights left!! A stones throw away from romantic newport vineyards, 12 minutes away from newport’s beaches and downtown! enjoy newport and it’s surrounding areas from a clean and convenient location without having to worry about parking!

Enjoy a getaway at this beachfront, spacious 1-bedrm unit with full bath in Island Park, Portsmouth, RI. The boat ramp is accessed directly along the property for your watercraft, with parking. Walk to local waterfront/view restaurants along Park Ave, BBQ on your private grill, or cook in your fully equipped kitchen. Location is 10 miles to Newport, with its mansions, Tennis Hall of Fame, Cliff Walk, Ocean Drive, and other sights, and 2 miles to historic Bristol & 4 miles to quaint Tiverton.

Quiet, sunny 300 sq foot studio, great neighborhood, on National Historic Register! Close to Miriam, Brown & RISD. You have the entire second floor to yourself, w/ driveway parking, private entrance & bath, lounge, work/eating counter, high speed WiFi & Roku Smart TV. There's a small fridge, microwave, Brio hot/cold filtered water dispenser, Keurig. Coffee, tea, milks, homemade muffins, granola bars :). Please note: GUESTS MUST BE ON THE LISTING. This extra large area IN MY HOME is perfect for a summer or weekend getaway. Walk to Easton's Beach just about 3/4 miles away. Second Beach is close at 1.5 miles away. Downtown Newport is about 2 miles from house. There are several steps which lead to door so you must be able to walk up about 15 steps.

No local channels, tv works with your phone connected and free Hulu , Disney + channels. cooking kitchen, has Towel and Pots like kitchenware . Will not disturb the company. Quiet and perfect for couples!
