The chalet is an individual construction fully available and reserved for the guests. So are the terrace and the surroundings ( a small river, a private bridge and access to the forest ). The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

modern chalet, 2 double bedrooms and a sleeping alcove ,2 shower rooms, a fully equipped kitchen. whole house, garden and carport for 2 cars. at the end of a quiet road, close to buses (100 meters), trains , and the center of Les Houches(10 mn walking), les Houches ski resort ( 5 minutes) and all the chamonix resorts (20 to 40 minutes). It’s next to the village ski slope, which leads down to a skating rink. A free evening ski and show take place every Thursday during the winter season.

Philippe et Pemmy auront le plaisir de vous accueillir dans une maisonnette indépendante (voisine de leur résidence) en lisière de forêt dans le petit hameau d'Ossat, niché au dessus de Marignier, et au pied du Môle. A proximité vous trouverez de nombreuses randonnées, via ferrata, canyoning, rafting, vtt... et vous serez proches des stations de ski: Grand Massif 25', Porte du Soleil 30', Praz de Lys/Sommand 30', les Brasses 25', Chamonix 50’. Genève et Annecy sont à moins d'une heure.

Évadez-vous dans notre petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché au calme entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

Vous pourrez profiter du ski de piste, ski de fond, raquettes ..... Une jolie vue sur les montagnes vous attend. Nous pourrons vous guider dans la découverte de la vallée. Nous pouvons vous fournir les draps et les serviettes de bain pour 10 euros par personne.
