Svaki apartman sastoji se od dvije spavace sobe,dvije kupaonice sa susilom za kosu,velikim dnevnim boravkom,moderno opremljenom kuhinjom sa svim kuhinjskim aparatima(perilica rublja,kafe aparat,usisivac,glacalo za rublje i sef)TV u svim sobama. Apartment se nalaze u mirnom djelu Poreca(Vranici) Udaljenost do prve plaze cca 1km. U blizini se nalazi restoran,mini supermarket,pekara i fast food

Ovaj jedinstveni smještaj uređen je u rustikalnom stilu s velikom terasom i dvorištem koja gleda na Motovun i dolinu te unutarnjim kaminom. Dvije prekrasne spavaće sobe s pogledom i dva kupatila te potpuno namještenu kuhinju sa perilicom posuđa, besplatan wifi , smart tv sa satelitskom antenom dva klima uređaja, vanjski roštilj i fire pit. Udaljeni smo od mora i plaže svega 20minuta. Obližnji prekrasni stari gradovi Motovun, Grožnjan, Oprtalj udaljeni su 5-15minuta te staza 7 slapova 15min.
