All'interno di un complesso residenziale semicentrale,recintato, con doppi lati di accesso, il nostro appartamento è situato al piano terra rialzato a pochi passi dal mare. L’alloggio ha un ingresso principale e un ulteriore accesso, privato, nella camera con vista mare da cui si accede direttamente al posto auto riservato. La posizione consente agevoli spostamenti a piedi, anche fino al porto e ai borghi. Asse viario nelle vicinanze agevola il raggiungimento di centri commerciali e autostrada.
