The Cabaña is a detached 325 square feet studio apartment with a full bath and kitchenette located in our expansive front yard with a separate entrance for our guests. It is ideal for 1-2 travelers. There is a private patio which in warm weather extends the space. I have completely repainted the interior and redecorated with all new furnishings. There is a new bed and new plush firm mattress, new curtains and window shades, new lamps, leather chairs, refrigerator, microwave and toaster oven.

Quiet, green and private backyard. Plenty of headroom, modern amenities and new plumbing with delightful 1969 Vintage décor. 1000 thread count sheets on a queen size bed. Great WIFI and onsite tech support. Well equipped kitchen. Marin County STR License Number P5274 4 parking spaces in front.
