Upscale apartment downstairs from the main house with a separate entrance and a small patio area. There is a living area; kitchen with an electric stovetop, microwave oven, toaster oven, refrigerator, and sink; a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with cable TV and Netflix. There are both a washing machine and a dryer. The apartment is equipped with its own air conditioning and heating controls. There is high-speed wireless Internet and a desk for working. Coffee and tea are provided.

This unit is available as a long term rental (35 or more days). This newly remolded studio and bathroom located in SF Bay Area (Silicon Valley) has it's own entrance on the side of the garage. Located in Milpitas (Santa Clara County) makes it accessible to various highways to get you to San Jose, San Francisco, Palo Alto and many other cities. No access to washer and dryer. There is a laundromat around the corner. The host lives in the house however, there is no door connected to the unit.
