The medieval village of Dunster is a 10 minute stroll away with pubs, restaurants, small shops, tea rooms and Dunster Castle (NT). The area is ideal for woodland, coastal and moorland walks. Minehead is a few miles away with its beach, shops, golf course and steam railway. The owners live in the adjacent cottage and are pleased to welcome you and be of any help during your stay.

Guests are invited to enjoy picnics, wild swimming and campfires on the river bank, and walk through the surrounding Arboretum and 17 acres of parkland. The coast is a 15 minute drive or an hours gentle walk to Kilve. Need more room? Then try its neighbour, and big sister, 'Gorgeous Quantock House'.
