A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.

Cozy cabin near some of California's most pristine pine forest, waterholes and fishing, and only 9 miles from the Lassen National Park's Southwest Visitor Center. The town of Mineral is a small island of private cabins surrounded by a sea of National Forest and National Park lands. An adventurer's dream. You could walk out the backdoor of the cabin, into the forest, and arrive at the Lassen Visitor Center without crossing a single paved road, or seeing another human. Just bears.

The Cottage is in a residential area close to WaterWorks Park, Bethel Church, Simpson College, Starbucks and shopping. Great base for day trips to stunning lakes and mountain surroundings . . .Sparkling clean with contemporary furnishings. spacious back yard with deck and bbq. Words and pictures don't do this place justice. This beautiful cabin, with pine interior and gorgeous views, has its own lawn and private patio. You will have access to our hot spring and swimming reservoir (the hot spring requires 4-wheel-drive in inclement weather.) The ranch is a great place for hiking, star gazing, relaxing at the water's edge or enjoying the country life. The perfect place to stay and unwind, or regroup for your next adventure.
