Villa Luciana se encuentra en Son Bou, a 15 minutos a pie de la playa. Tiene tres dormitorios, dos baños con ducha, salón-comedor amplio y luminoso y cocina totalmente equipada. La vivienda cuenta además con aire acondicionado en los dormitorios y en el salón. En la planta inferior se encuentran la piscina privada y el aparcamiento. La casa dispone también de barbacoa.
