You'll be treated to a 900 sq ft, light-filled great room, modern kitchen (no oven), large bedroom w/King bed, outdoor sitting/dining areas, steps from the pool. Flowers, Fruit, Snacks, Coffee await you. Enjoy peaceful gardens of butterflies, fruit trees & friendly chickens. This is our only Airbnb. Stress free is our goal. The Homeshare allows for a maximum of 5 guests and a maximum of 3 cars. Outdoor quiet time 10 PM to 7 AM. This is an owner-occupied dwelling and the owner will be present on the property in a private quarter.
