Upstairs, the communal sleeping space has queen and twin beds suitable for a family or CLOSE friends. 7 minutes from downtown. Well-equipped kitchen, yet no dishwasher. Private trail leads to a secluded, woodland lean-to and crosses onto state land. The trail continues informally and summits Little Seymour with great views. Permit #200059

Located RIGHT ON NYS RTE 86 (close to the road) with easy access to nearby attractions. The house is split in 2 and is designed for 2 families. I rent out "The View" using airbnb exclusively. My wife and I reside in the back portion of the house with a separate entrance and separate parking.

House on Lake Flower close to downtown and Ice Castle (Winter) and Farmers Market (Summer/Fall). Guests have access to the downstairs of the home (upstairs is vacant/closed off). Picture windows offer fantastic views of Lake Flower, the Adirondacks and the downtown. The house is a short walk to town and restaurants. For holiday events, it’s a great location to watch firework displays. King bed, patio with grill, outdoor fireplace and sunsets.
