With easy access to the waters of Lake Simond, Tupper Lake and Racquette River your boating, paddling, and fishing desires will be met! Plus the sunrises and sunsets from your dock or the front deck are amazing!

Perched on a new lot with 100 feet of water front over lake Eaton, this charming log cabin is a brand new construction. Enjoy a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with an open floor plan and a 20 foot ceiling. The master suite is located in an open loft at the top floor with a small den to enjoy the unobstructed views of the beautiful lake and the surrounding nature. Enjoy the outdoors with a sunset view fire pit and private access to the lake.

Our lakeside cottage has great lake and mountain views. It is close to the public beach, family-friendly activities, restaurants and dining. You’ll love our place because of the coziness, the views, and the location. It has its own sandy beach. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids). The rate is for 4 guests, however we can accommodate 5, at an additional charge of $50.
