Mission Bay is right across the street. There is an ocean view from the entryway balcony. We just put in new floors, bathroom, ceiling fans, etc. This place is a great value for families and comes with beach toys/chairs, children’s toys, etc.. It’s clean and comfortable and has everything you need for a great beach vacation.
