Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short golf cart ride from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

Pop’s Country Cabin

Pop’s Country Cabin is a small remote cabin that sits 1/2mile off the road above a 5 acre lake on 77 acres of private land. The view from the front porch is amazing! You can sit, unwind, and watch the wildlife with a distant view of Bald Knob Cross. The cabin sits in the heart of Shawnee National Forrest and the Southern IL wine trail. You can enjoy the fire pit while watching the stars, with no distractions from neighbors, traffic, or lights. You can enjoy catch & release fishing from the bank

Experience our custom-built eco-friendly tiny home perched on the top of the ridge above the majestic St Croix River Valley. Enjoy expansive views from the deck, loft or many windows looking over the valley. Staying in a dome amidst nature is a unique experience. The circular structure offers an amazing view of the surroundings, with peaceful sounds of rustling leaves, chirping birds, and a flowing river below. The cozy dome has a queen size bed, night stands, a seating area, mini fridge, and a k-cup coffee maker & heater/ac. At night, the starry sky and nature's sounds lull you to sleep. Waking up, you feel refreshed, and the peaceful surroundings and breathtaking views leave a lasting impression.

Tranquil Treehouse on Table Rock Lake

The Tranquil Treehouse is the perfect place to unplug, relax and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature by the lake! The large deck is a great place to read a book, grill out or enjoy a morning cup of coffee! Even rainy days are peaceful at the treehouse due to the natural lullaby of the rain on the red tin roof. The lake is only 150 yards from the house. We have 2 kayaks for guests on carts for the short walk to the shore. Come soak up the sun in the crystal clear water this lake is famous for!

Off the beaten path, approximately 1 mile down a bumpy dirty road you will find a hidden gem. At the edge of the Ozarks in the heart of green country is a small cottage located on a beautiful one acre spring feed pond. You can see the spring gushing out of the hillside. Our cottage is small, cozy, and very relaxing. Whether you are kicking back watching the tube or paddling around the pond you will feel right at home and may not want to leave. Paddle boat, 4 paddle boards and 2 kayaks included

Please note, this guest house is located 1 mile down a county maintained gravel road. 25 minutes from Galesburg, IL, 20 minutes from Monmouth, IL and 35 minutes from Macomb, IL.

Roxy Ridge is a very unique cabin development that boast incredible National Forest and Lake Views within walking distance to Horsehead Lake and the newly developed Horsehead Lake Lodge and Event Center. Roxy Ridge 3, the third cabin in the development contains a full kitchen that overlooks the open living room and balcony. The unit has one bedroom, one sleeper sofa and bathroom. The balcony and lookout tower will take your breath with the surrounding nature and tree top feel of it all.

Picture this..You laying on the loungers, glass of chilled wine, a page turner of a book watching the occasional kayaker through the bottom of your sunglasses. Perfect right? By evening you have access to sunsets, a fire pit and Marshmallow skewers for the perfect s’more. Inside you’ll find your favorite movie playing on surround sound and plenty of board games and puzzles for a quieter night. I have a hot tub that overlooks the river and bluff views. It is professionally maintained.

Creekside Treehouse A majestic a-frame treehouse set above the pines in East Texas. Enjoy the perfect setting for a restful retreat in the wooded countryside without giving up modern amenities.
