This unit is a stand alone cottage located just 2 blocks from Main Street and 1 block from the City Park where most events and festivals are held. With it's quiet and lush garden setting as well as its prime downtown location, this property is truly unique and exceptional. This property features a large fenced in yard, a hot tub (shared with 3 units), BBQ and charcoal grill, lush flower gardens and plenty of shade to relax with the family. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood 15 minutes south of downtown Moab and very near countless off road and hiking trails. Plenty of parking in the 25'x25' 2 car garage, 3 car driveway or on the street on 2 sides of the house situated on a corner lot.

The Casita has a vaulted ceiling with an open concept living/dining/and kitchen area, a large dining table that comfortably sits 8, couches to hang on, TV and sound system, and ample outdoor seating on our patio. Guests also have access to the community pool and hot tub. Overflow parking for trailers is across the street. Well behaved dogs ok!
