Casa Caisua is a Susegad Village house located at Anjuna and Nestled right in the middle of the village, it is set in a private 20,000-square-feet Orchard and is a few minutes walk to Vagator beach. The structure, standing tall amidst lush greenery and under the bright sun, is entrenched with multiple tales that have been revived to resonate in today’s time. Casa Caisua, about a century old house was carefully restored in a sensitive manner, keeping the charm of the original structure intact.

This tastefully decorated Studio Villa nestled in Cavelossim features a large living room with a double bed and a kitchen. The studio room is outfitted with all the appliances you need including a fridge, TV, microwave and air-conditioning with back up power. A cozy sit-out is also there outside to enjoy your evening coffee with a book. There are sun beds on the lawn for endless reading and sunbathing. We have 2 swimming pools in the community that you can use.

It shares its neighbourhood with the likes of Rachol Seminary and other Ancient Churches. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families, and particularly those wishing for a long stay. All the villas are self catering.

Nestled in Cavelossim, this is a 2 BHK AC Villa. We also have a swimming pool. The room is air conditioned with a comfortable beds in both the rooms. There is a kitchen to make tea or coffee and a fridge to store your beverages. For your entertainment, we have a TV set in the Villa. The bathroom comes with hot or cold running water.
