The structure, standing tall amidst lush greenery and under the bright sun, is entrenched with multiple tales that have been revived to resonate in today’s time. Casa Caisua, about a century old house was carefully restored in a sensitive manner, keeping the charm of the original structure intact.

The studio room is outfitted with all the appliances you need including a fridge, TV, microwave and air-conditioning with back up power. A cozy sit-out is also there outside to enjoy your evening coffee with a book. There are sun beds on the lawn for endless reading and sunbathing. We have 2 swimming pools in the community that you can use.

Nestled in Cavelossim, this is a 2 BHK AC Villa. We also have a swimming pool. The room is air conditioned with a comfortable beds in both the rooms. There is a kitchen to make tea or coffee and a fridge to store your beverages. For your entertainment, we have a TV set in the Villa. The bathroom comes with hot or cold running water. The villa is 4-5 minutes walk to the beach. Many open air restaurants are just at a walking distance.

Bungalow Plumeria is located in a quiet corner of South Goa. It's less than 500 steps from Cavelossim Beach, one of the best beaches in Goa. Restaurants and supermarket are also all within walking distance. The bungalow has a large shared swimming pool steps from its verandah. It is ideal for a beach holiday for couples, families with kids, and big groups.
