Coolest “Car Cave” Studio+Loft+Nice Private Yard

This unique place is on a dirt alley. It’s past owner turned it into a really cool “man cave”; he even left the big doors so he could live with his motorcycles! We obtained it, did some updating and it turned out fun! I changed out “man for car” because, well, that’s what it is. Plus ladies love it too. It’s really best for 1 person, a couple or even 3 or 4 friends or siblings that dont mind limited privacy (and parking) or climbing the steep ladder up to loft where there’s 2 more double beds.

Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Clean freaks, germiphobes welcome! No smoking.

Welcome! This is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom, one bath duplex home. We’re a block from Motel 6, a couple of blocks from restaurants, shopping and other hotels. We’re just a few blocks from Oak Valley Community Hospital. (Great for visiting nurses). We’re 1.5 hours from Yosemite and Bay Area. All furniture and furnishings are new with comfy pillow top mattresses. While most hotels only wash linens between guests, we launder all linens and comforters and completely sanitize after each stay.

The high ceilings and open floor plan make it the perfect place to enjoy your time with friends and family. The home is centrally located in Modesto in a quiet and developed area. Walking distance to a shopping mall on Coffee Rd with a Walmart Neighborhood market. Close to Sutter Health Memorial Medical Center and Doctors Medical Center.

The Cottage at The A Bar

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

One of Modesto's most distinct architectural homes, this Mid-Century Modern gem sits in the highly coveted La Loma neighborhood with floor-to-ceiling views of Kewin Park. Inside, the chef's, fully stocked, kitchen shines with skylights, granite counters, double ovens, and custom cabinetry. The primary suite offers outdoor access, wood flooring, dual vanities, oversized shower, tub, and walk-in closet. A spacious living room with fireplace and bar.

The Heart of the Valley: Smart Modern Farmhouse

The Heart of the Valley takes it's name after what the city of Turlock represents to the Central Valley, it's heart. I wanted to use this as inspiration to create a home the embodied this. I worked closely with local interior designer, Marísela Rodríguez, to come up with a home design where guest can enjoy the convenience of modern technology while still having that warm, welcoming feeling a farmhouse has to offer.
