Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Private entrance and yard with lots of trees, 95 yr old grape vine, strawberry beds +outside seating + free designated parking off an unpaved alley right in Turlock’s most desired area.

Damon's Hideaway

Named after our first grandson, Damon's Hideaway is brand new construction (2023) that's designed to be unique and with a style all its own. We are former antique dealers and have tried to incorporate that interest in the whimsical decor. Whether desiring to kick back and relax or prepare a meal for a group, or both, this living space can easily accommodate. The Nest

Located just across the street from Lincoln Park, a family friendly park with walking paths. Upstairs is a Cozy Rustic Farmhouse studio with a 1940's charm. Exceptionally clean! Comfy queen size bed, hardwood floors with cowhide rug. Recliner chair for downtime and a desk for work time. Full kitchen to cook if desired or microwave to warm up takeout. For our guest who stay awhile and need to do Laundry, no problem. You have your own laundry room! We hope you enjoy your stay!

Stockton Modern Studio | UOP & The Miracle Mile

The Luxury Modern Studio is in a safe and walkable historic neighborhood that has everything you need for your Stockton trip. We provide a welcoming, clean, and modern place to relax and get a good night's sleep on our Nectar memory foam mattress. You can't get a better location in Stockton. Located within walking distance to the Miracle Mile and UOP, you'll never run out of places to explore. If you want to go wine tasting in Lodi, it's only a 30-minute drive away.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish cottage nestled in the middle of an almond orchard on a private road. Collect fresh eggs from the chickens for breakfast paired with fresh fruits and vegetables from the garden! Spend a peaceful evening sipping a beverage on the porch or take a relaxing walk along the river. Geographically speaking, we like to say we are in between The Golden Gate Bridge, San Francisco and Half Dome in Yosemite National Park.

The Studio

The Studio is a warm and inviting space, custom built as a detached structure in the backyard of a home, located on a quiet, tree lined street. It has a private gated porch and is surrounded by lush plant life. It is fully furnished and loaded with amenities...from appliances, kitchenware and condiments, to personal care items. Comfortably fits 2 adults, featuring a queen size bed with memory foam mattress & topper.

Luxury Detached Studio

We converted our detached garage into a Luxury studio. It comes with a comfortable queen size bed, fast wifi, 50" smart tv, full sized washer and dryer, microwave, hot plate, Kurieg coffee, mini-split AC and heater. We provide towels, hotel style shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We are very close to downtown which has a ton of great restaurants and bar. Just a quick 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft ride away.

Private Studio in Ceres | Near Modesto & Turlock

Welcome to our private upstairs studio with separate entrance in a safe & friendly neighborhood! Enjoy a comfortable bed, cozy sitting area, Smart TV w/ Sound-Bar system, fast Wi-Fi, private bathroom, kitchenette, and in-unit washer/dryer. Fully separated from the main home for a peaceful and private stay. Conveniently located near Highway 99, shopping, and restaurants in Ceres near Modesto.
