It’s located in the same awesome neighborhood as our other homes but on a corner with plenty of free onstreet parking. It’s an easy walk to our awesome downtown with all it’s fabulous bars+ restaurants+ shopping. The wonderful front porch+ other outside spaces+gardens are quite special too; we think you’ll love staying here! And it’s now available for small events too.

Perfect location with its own private seasonal pool plus a tranquil gunite coy pond that adds a touch of serenity to the outdoor space. The house is pet friendly, pets must be registered with fee (only non shedding dogs) Onsite parties or group events are strictly prohibited. Only registered guest. No visits allowed.

We are close to downtown and have plenty of street parking, as well as a side gate with driveway that goes right up to the guest house.

Quaint little two bedroom two bath guest house that was remodeled 6 years ago. We moved into guest house as we renovated are 100 year farm house. It left us with a great guest house. . Hughson is less than 20 minutes from 4 hospitals. We are an outgoing family of 5 with 3 kids aging 20to 14. We love to be outside & are very social.
