The apartment is on a top floor 1880 building, NO ELEVATOR (travel light), the location is on the centre of Siracusa (5 min walk from Ortigia and the other amenities of the town) bars restaurants and small and big supermarkets are walking distance (maximum 5 min) . There's one bed room (ask if you need a baby bed) with a double queen size bed. One spacious bathroom and a kitchen. A full furnished apartment with everything you need, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine dishes. The terrace has a unique view, perfect for dinners and an aperitivo at sunset. Over looking on the small bay the east view and the west view overlooking on the mountains, if you're lucky you'll be able to see the Volcano Etna. I use to live on the same floor, in another apartment at the next door Archeological park is 10 min walk, the bus station and train station are 5 min walk, beach and historical sites in less then 10 min walk.

La Casuzza di Bru si trova nel cuore di Ortigia, a pochi passi dal mercato di Ortigia, piazza Archimede e piazza Duomo. Nelle vicinanze si trovano diverse opzioni mare. La casa e' composta da un soggiorno cucina con divano letto e da una camera da letto con bagno. A disposizione Wi-FI gratuito, aria condizionata, cucina completamente attrezzata (inclusi forno, frigorifero e macchina da caffé), due TV a schermo piatto, asciugamani, asciugacapelli, lenzuola, lavatrice, ferro e tavolo da stiro.

L'appartamento è situato nel centro storico di Ragusa superiore, nell'immediata vicinanza del suggestivo percorso pedonale che conduce a Ragusa Ibla, centro patrimonio Unesco e culla del Barocco siciliano. In cinque minuti a piedi è possibile raggiungere la piazza cittadina principale su cui affaccia il duomo di San Giovanni e la chiesa di Santa Maria delle Scale.
