There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with a King bed and the other with two singles. Downstairs is the third bedroom with a queen bed and a set of bunks. Full sea view. Outdoor bath (bath with hot water) in garden. 800m from SH1. 1700m from Moeraki Boulders in one direction. 1700m from Moeraki Tavern and Village in other direction.

The Lookout

The Lookout is a luxurious self contained small house with wonderful harbour views and a rural back drop. Only 18 mins from Dunedin and 2 mins from Port Chalmers cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. The Lookout has an open living space including the kitchen. A compact bathroom and mezzanine bedroom with breathtaking views. The Lookout, is next door to "Sybie's Cottage" another AirBnB listing by Allan. Each is very private and the car-park area is the only thing which is shared.

Private with lots of room to move, our place has a relaxing beach house feel. Surrounded by large lawns and native trees, it has ultimate privacy. We have a large veranda to enjoy the sunshine and a BBQ. It’s only a 5 minute walk from Hampden Beach, shops, cafes and local tavern. Just a 5 minutes drive to the Moeraki Boulders or a 20 minute walk along the beach. We are only a 25 minute drive south of Oamaru and 50 minutes north of Dunedin.

But have restaurants and grocery shops near by. Off street parking also. Just on the town boundary with a rural feel.
