This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. The bottom floor; a kitchen and dining room with a classic wood stove, a living room and a bathroom. Your own garden and a large wooden deck to sunbathe, or barbecue. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. The archipelago in the other direction.

Välkomna att bo granne med älgar och rådjur. I detta lilla mysiga hus bor ni på en egen tomt längst upp på Frejs Backe. Tomten har en stor altan runt tre sidor av huset, med sol till frukost, lunch och middag. Vid huset finns en stor gräsmatta lämplig för lek och spel. Omgivningarna består av ängar och vacker skog. 200 m till badbrygga och 800 m till klippor och strand i kvällssolen. Köket har spis, ugn, kyl & frys och micro. Ena sovrummet har våningssäng och i vardagsrummet finns en braskamin.

Litet toalettutrymme med förbränningstoalett. Inget indraget dricksvatten, hämtas i brunn intill. Ingen dusch. 1 båtplats ingår i boendet

Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Unique location on a large plot by the sea with two houses, privat located in Stockholm archipelago. The houses are connected by wooden deck, all rooms with seaview and terracedoors. Large kitchen fully equipped with dining for 6-8 persons. 50 m to privat jetty. 4 bedrooms with privat entrance. Outdoors shower and separata house for longdrop toilet (TC). A small rowboat is included and you can rent a smaller motorboat. You can rent sheets and towels. 15 min. walk to ferry to Stockholm.

Ett charmigt litet hus byggt 1924, ett av Kolviks första. En fridfull plats med skogstomt, djurliv, sjöglimt från både fönster och terrass. Badbrygga och liten strand 300 meter från huset. Tar 10 minuter att gå till bussen som tar er till stan på 30 minuter. Här finns även mataffär och restauranger. Mölnvik köpcentrum ligger 10 minuter bort med bil/buss. Cykel kan lånas för att trampa upp till affären. Du kan även ta pendlarbåten till/från stan från Ålstäket, 5 minuter bort med bil.

A truly wonderful, relaxing, mindful place in the center of the Stockholm archipelago. We are close to the island Möja with all its facilities. A small rowing boat is always included. In addition, two "add-on" packages are offered separately; (1) a ”boat-package” including an engine for the boat and three kayaks (2 single, one twin kayak), and (2) a "Sauna package" including a fabulous outdoor warmwater shower with a fabulous view . ”Dunderbacken” is a newly built house with good social spaces, modern kitchen, shower, toilet, washing machine and fast unlimited WiFi. Nearby there are nice rock baths in the sea and the area is surrounde with smal islands with birds and seals. Kayaks are for rent if you want to visit the islands. Our yard has direct connection to a larger nature reserve with untouched nature and swimming lakes as well as sea/harbour nearby.

En underbar liten stuga på Södermöja med sjöutsikt. Passar par eller små familjer, eller den enskilde resenären som vill ha det lite lyxigare. På de ca 20 kvm finns väl utrustad kök med diskho, kylskåp, varmvatten och matbord för 5. Allrummet har en soffa som kan dras ut till dubbelsäng samt en enkelsäng. Ett modernt duschrum finns i ladan intill och delas med det andra gästhuset. Gästhuset har eget torrdass.
