Welcome to Amsterdam's countryside and stay with us in your own beautiful and modern garden cottage with bikes included for both short- and long stay. The luxery house is situated in a large private garden with a terras next to the water. Surprisingly close to Amsterdam (10 min by impeccable bus service or car) and parking is free. We invite you to discover the picturesque village by walking, bike or boat. Absorb and enjoy the dazzling variety of Amsterdam. Available for couple or small family.

Lodge at the waterfront, 10 min from Amsterdam

Ilpendam is a picturesque village in Waterland, 8 km north of Amsterdam. We have the advantages of the countryside, on the other hand we are in 10 min by car or bus to the A'dam Metro! After a hectic day in the city, you can relax here in nature. There is a large wooden deck on the water with table and chairs. Here you can swim if you like or paddle with our borrowed canoes. There's also a terrace in front of the house, with a table and 3 chairs where you can have breakfast in the morning sun.

Studio aan woonboot aan rand van Amsterdam

Ben je de stad even zat? Op zoek naar een bijzondere bestemming voor een vakantie in eigen land? Ik verwelkom je graag op mijn unieke locatie middenin de landerijen van Waterland. Op slechts 15 minuten vanaf het centrum van Amsterdam, en op een steenworp afstand van het pittoreske Broek in Waterland, ligt mijn woonark. Om het erf te bereiken maak je gebruik van een klein pontje, om zo de Broekervaart over te steken. Het pontje is overigens privébezit, en wordt alleen door mijn gasten gebruikt.

The location is very central, situated near the lovely town of Monnickendam, the typical Dutch surroundings, and Amsterdam. A 20-minute journey via public transportation takes you to Amsterdam. There are plenty of excellent restaurants close to the houseboat! - The boat's location may vary throughout the year - This boat is not intended for self-navigation

Midden in de natuur, met Amsterdam vlakbij

Aan de rand van het natuurgebied 'Varkensland', op nog geen 15 minuten van Amsterdam, treft u ons volledig gerenoveerde gastenverblijf. Een zonnig huis van twee verdiepingen met uitzicht op de tuin en het water. Vanuit deze oase van rust en stilte kunt u deze prachtige streek ontdekken, met historische stadjes zoals Monnickendam en Marken. Ook Amsterdam is hier letterlijk om de hoek. De busrit naar Amsterdam duurt 10 minuten. De bus vertrekt elke 5 minuten vanaf de dichtstbijzijnde bushalte.

An oasis of calm near Amsterdam

Please read the advertisement carefully before booking. I would love to make you welcome in our wonderful home in Hoogedijk. Our home is a completely renovated dike house from 1889, and your room has beautiful views of the Gouwzee and in the evening, you can see the lights of Monnickendam. After a good night's rest, you will enjoy your own wonderful waterfront terrace. Your apartment has its own entrance and is on the second floor of our beautiful house. Be aware that there is NO kitchen.

Country side studio with amazing view

Situated in the countryside, a light and modern studio with amazing view. The studio has a queen size bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Airconditioned. It’s decorated with modern art and vintage details. From the studio you will step out on your private terrace. Studio offers free coffee and tea as well as free WiFi. Breakfast is available upon request (€12,50 per person). Situated 25 minutes from Amsterdam. Please note the studio is best accessible by car.

Heerlijk huis met tuin vlakbij Amsterdam

In het oude centrum van karakteristiek en unique Broek in Waterland in een in 2017 opnieuw gebouwde schuur achter de boerderij. Geheel eigen woning met toegang (zelf in-check). Split-level met privé tuin. Beneden (24 m2) is de woonkamer met bank, mini keuken, eethoek en aparte badkamer en wc. Op de vide is de slaapkamer met 2-persoons bed, genoeg kastruimte, hang en leg. Wifi aanwezig. Er zijn twee fietsen (Veloretti) te huur, 10,- per fiets per dag.

Lovely Suite near Amsterdam

Lovely suite in the historic center of Monnickendam. Nice terraces, good restaurants and beautiful nature. Within 20 minutes you are in the center of Amsterdam. You can buy the tickets at the VVV (2 minutes from the cottage) Also the Zaanseschans, Volendam and Marken can be reached within 20 minutes. The VVV, baker and the butcher are around the corner and by bike (you can use ours, we have two) you can cycle through the unique environment.
