The unit is accessed by way of a secure indoor hallway. This condo is about as close as you can get to restaurants, bars & events in Mammoth Lakes. Free public transportation is less than 1/2 a block from the front door. This is a private one bedroom, with one bath and a pullout sofa bed in the living room.

This little house is centrally located in town, one minute walk to the coffee shop and Barleys sports bar and grill. A very friendly and quiet neighborhood. The house is cozy and well equip. There are golf clubs, a kayak, a paddle board as well as fishing gear with poles and an ice chest available if prior arrangements are made. Also a pack and play upon request. An hour drive to skiing/snowboarding and mountain biking. Our area is also awesome for off-road riding.

Shuttle is across the street and will take you to Eagle Lodge. The pool and jacuzzi are across from the townhouse. TVs in every room, Wifi, Netflix, Hallmark, and Roku on all TVs for streaming programs.
