After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. The studio and its large terrace offers panoramic view of the lake, the castle, the traditional settlement, the city and the mountains. All the monuments and museums of the city are within a 10-minute walk. There are cafes and restaurants in the area. A little further is the lively pedestrian street of the old market.
