Located in Via del Vento, the narrowest street of the town, there is this quiet apartment of 50 sqm at the first floor just refurbished in 2018, composed of a large bedroom complete with sofa and large bed with relax system and sea view balcony, a fully equipped bathroom and kitchen and a terrace looking at the sea equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and deckchair. WI-FI, smart TV, coffee machine are included. Only 60 meters far from the seashore and same distance from Palmieri square.

Our house was build more than one hundred years ago, with thinck limestone walls and high ceiling, at a few meters away from Polignano downtown and from Arco Marchesale, where you can find many restaurants, coffees and shops. Into the house you will find a desk and a library dedicated to book crossing. The books are availale for the guests: you should take away what you like and leave what you have readed, also with a message for the next reader.
