The cabins at Towaliga River Retreat are on the banks of the Ocmulgee River and just around the corner from the charming town of Juliette, Georgia, home to the famous Whistle Stop Cafe. Our cabins provide the closest, most exclusive access to The Ocmulgee River as well as being home to some of the best hiking trails, gravel biking routes, kayaking and canoeing, and fresh water fishing Middle Georgia has to offer.

The Guest House is a primitive cottage and resides on 400 acres outside of Barnesville, Georgia. Bunn Ranch is a working cattle and sheep farm. This space is a two story primitive cottage with primitive artwork and a claw foot tub. Sit in your choice of antique rockers that have been collected over the years. The floors and stairs were salvaged from an old home that was here on the farm. Surrounded by rolling hills and close to town, come enjoy some time for YOU! We will consider STR students.

Welcome to our beautiful timber frame treehouse! Hand-built by local carpenter David Green, this work of art overlooks the Ocmulgee River. Our two-story dwelling has two porches, a lofted bedroom (full bed) a living area (window seat/bar/twin bed) and kitchen area (foot-powered cast iron sink, outdoor camp stove, prep area, dishes, cookware, and more). As it sits currently (summer 2025), there is not an indoor restroom. We do have a camping style toilet (Luggable Loo) available.
