Stunning view on villefranche bay

My name is Christine and I would like to introduce you to Sabine and John's home in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Both of them works full time in Berlin. They lovingly decorated their apartment to make it homey for them at various times of the year. From the apartment and the extra large terrace, you will enjoy a beautiful bay view with Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat on the foreground. The entire 2 bedroom and bathrooms apartment was been totally renovated a couple of years ago with all modern amenities.

Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

Tramway 2 (5 min walk) goes directly to the airport, or to Massena and city beach (3 stops/5 mins) if you don't feel like walking. And exploring Riviera couldn't be easier thanks to train station Riquier (8 min walk) and local buses (5-10 min walk)

Superbe deux pièces au cœur du vieux Nice

Profitez d'un logement élégant et raffiné dans le centre historique. A quelques enjambées du cours Saleya, à 5 minutes de la plage avec une vue sublime sur la cathédrale Sainte Réparate. Vous pourrez vous perdre dans les ruelles du Vieux Nice mais aussi admirer de somptueux couchés de soleil sur les toits. Ce 2 pièces est totalement rénové avec goût et est situé au 5ème étage sans ascenseur. Très ensoleillé et d’un calme olympien, il peut accueillir 4 voyageurs personnes maximum.

Jobben ble utført av interiørarkitekt. Terrassene med samlet areal på 36 m2, har nydelig panoramautsikt mot bukten i Villefranche, Cap Ferrat og mot Beaulieu Sur Mer. Gode solforhold med sol fra morgen til kveld. Alle rom har egne terrasser. Leiligheten disponerer flere parkeringsplasser.
