Habitant Paris, j'adore venir dans ce Paradis de Villefranche sur mer. J'ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à rénover, équiper et décorer en 2019 cet appartement pour le rendre le plus agréable possible. Maintenant, mon plus grand plaisir est de prendre mon café au réveil sur la terrasse devant cette vue magnifique sur le cap Ferrat. Sa situation centrale à proximité de la vieille ville, du port et de toutes les commodités, son ascenseur et un parking municipal au pied de l'immeuble sont aussi un plus.

Une localisation unique face à la mer dans un cadre enchanteur, à 20m de l'hotel Negresco, du Westminster concorde, du méridien, face à la mer. Vous trouverez tous les commerces aux pieds de l'immeuble, le bus liaison direct avec l'aéroport en bas de l'immeuble, les plages en face, la zone piétonne à 50m, les restaurants, les boutiques et surtout le vieux nice. Le logement 3p de 88m² est tout confort, une grande terrasse, le wifi et surtout complétement rénové possible lit de bébé et chaise bébé
