The soulful dwelling is mid-century modern style w/ expansive decks, lush gardens, outdoor space & a serene, yet hip, interior including a cozy living room, modern kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The lay out is two separated bed/bath units- offering complete privacy for 2 couples or parents w/ kids! Float the river, soak in the hot tub or just relax. Pets OK- $50 fee

The Henhouse

The Henhouse is like a tiny resort. Tiny cabin amongst the giant redwoods. one acre of Deep forest, quiet, Hot tub tucked into the forest, Koi pond, water sounds, romantic and cozy yet so very private. The Apartment is small, so cozy and cute, 300 sq ft, low ceilings, 6 ft 1”. surrounded by 300 square foot decking. Open pattern bedroom, kitchen with additional small bedroom. Russian River is a short drive, 30 min walk or hike down the hill. Two level cabin with manager in upstairs cabin.

Beautiful river front home with wonderful riverstone fireplace, historic charm, majestic redwoods, updated master suite with hot tub, kayaks, canoe and stand up paddleboards on private grounds in private location in Monte Rio, California on Russian River. The dock & steps to the river, as with most homes on the river, are available subject to river flow. This usually requires they be removed in October - April/early May, when flow increases. Well-equipped kitchen & smart TV. 12% Sonoma "Hotel" Tax is collected by AirBnB. We’re a "No Shoes" cabin; please remove shoes by the bench near the front door. We can’t do a check-in/out on Thanksgiving or Christmas day.

This turn of the century cabin is located in arguably the best neighborhood on the Russian River with direct river access via a seasonal dock and a neighborhood sandy beach. We fully renovated the cabin in 2018 and everything is thoughtfully curated and high end. It's the perfect vacation spot for families, groups of friends and company off sites.
