This cozy apartment of 500 sq ft is perfect for 2, but can accommodate 4 with the queen bedroom and the futon which makes into a queen size bed. No TV. Monte Vista is a small rural town.

Enjoy our beautiful town. *Please note that this unit does not have central air conditioning. The valley is known to have fair weather year round and cool off really well in the evening. *
