This is the perfect place to kick back, relax, and make yourself at home in beautiful Ventura. You can comfortably sleep 5–there’s a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen bed that can be curtained off in the living room, and a twin bed in the loft space above. Park in your own spot and walk 0.6 miles to Leadbetter beach or enjoy all of the restaurants at the harbor. Watch the sunset from the private patio while sipping a glass of Santa Barbara Syrah.

Mountain View from bedroom window and only steps to one of California’s premiere family friendly beaches. Quick walk to world famous “the Spot” burgers but really, it’s all about the beach, it’s like so close! Walking trails in the wetlands are close too, the kids love exploring there. Carp’s got some cool restaurants too, our favorite is Teddy’s by the Sea. Partly because our dog is named Teddy but food’s pretty good too!

This one-bedroom apartment is situated on top of the garage building and has a separate entrance and a private yard. Its walking distance to down town Montecito's famous Coast Village Road and Butterfly Beach is a nice walking distance away. It has a light living room a bright kitchen with breakfast bar and bathroom with washer/ dryer and separate bedroom with a queen bed.
