Pool is closed Oct 15 thru Mar 31 Truly an Airbnb with breakfast included in the price. Beautiful country home on a fully landscaped acre. Private entrance, well-maintained gardens, swimming pool, featuring bamboo sheets, and more. Nestled in between Morgan Hill and Gilroy this small town has the best of it all. The train is one block from the house that can take you to San Francisco and all the stops along the way. We are also one hour from Monterey, Santa Cruz, and Carmel by the sea.

We are empty nesters living on the main floor leaving the private downstairs to our guests. 12 mi to beach, 4 mi to hiking, and 1 mi to village & tasting rooms. We also have two additional listings, The Lavender Room and The Cozy Room so you can book up to 8 people very comfortable. So Sorry we cannot accommodate Children under the age of 12 or Pets

Elegant, quiet room in gated community with a private entry and ADA compliant bathroom located in beautiful Aptos Hills/Larken Valley. In the country, but close to the beach, Nicene Marks redwood forest and quaint Capitola seaside village. Lovely queen sized bed with additional queen sized pull-out couch that is amazingly comfortable. Microwave, Keurig coffee maker, private refrigerator and bottled water dispenser.

Not suitable for children/pets. ROOM LOCATED ON SECOND FLOOR AND HAS STEPS. Self checkin. We offer a light take away snack of coffee/tea, fruit, yogurt, nut bars to get your day started. Guest fridge, kettle, microwave available for use in the back porch. The main kitchen is closed to guests. We do live here so some noise around meal times to be expected. Animals live on property.
