The Redwood Cabin in the Oaks

Just a 25 minute country road drive from Carmel Valley Village and all it's great wine tasting rooms and restaurants. 40 minutes to Carmel and it's shops and beaches. 50 minutes to Pebble Beach and the amazing scenery and golfing. An easy hike to the Los Padres dam and it's beautiful spillway waterfall. Ride your mountain bike along the seaonal Cachagua creek and head up Chews Ridge. Very quiet and private. Shop for that perfect bottle of wine in the Village and enjoy it in privacy on the deck.

Please note: The road closure is approximately 2 hours south from my home. I am open without any interference from the road closure. Drive up to your own private, paved and gated driveway to a home with a panoramic view of redwood and oak ridges. It's a sunny location, all day long. Perfect for one or two people. Dip into the hot tub viewing the beautiful mountain ridge, birds singing and red tailed hawks circle above. View the stars at night as it's perfectly quiet, peaceful and private.

Visit D'Jango Hill Farm! Stay in a tastefully decorated large apartment over a luxury 6 stall horse barn. The apartment has a complete kitchen, a separate bedroom, as well as a queen size Murphy bed in the large livingroom. Some windows look down into the horse stalls below, while others look over pastures full of horses, goats and alpacas. In addition to sunshine, you may wake up to the sound of our donkey" hehawing" for breakfast! (Due to the nature of our farm, we have a "No Pets" policy).

Located in a historical neighborhood dating to the early 1930's. The cabana has lots of natural light. Privacy walls. A private patio and entrance. The spacious cabana features a stone fireplace, a grand queen bed, large bathroom with a shower for 2. The vibe is of peace and serenity. The colors are muted and sparsely decorated. The bed sheets, pillow and mattress protectors and blanket are changed after each stay. The bath towels are warm. ZEN!
