This is one of the duplex houses. Our home is located in a very convenient and safe neighborhood. It is within walking distance to the center of Alhambra, Atlantic Times Square, and there are various restaurants to choose from. Only 3 minutes walk from Ralphs Grocery , 7-11 store. 3 minutes from the 10, 710 freeways, about 25 minutes from DTLA,Universal Studios, Disneyland and major attractions. The bathroom has beautiful Italian Arabescato marble and cool turkish limestone. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This is a small Studio cottage at the rear of my home. It's craftsmanesk in style with a partially open ceiling and a skylight. It's perfect for a couple or single person. There is a swimming pool but it's not heated, fine for swimming June to Oct depending on the weather, unless you are a polar bear. It's a 5 min walk to the MetroGold Line and a 10 min walk to new restaurants on Figueroa St. I have a fairly extensive cactus / succulent garden.
