Welcome to our brand new private studio. This tiny studio is perfect for a solo traveler. It has a private entry and is located behind a 1940 historical home in a quiet safe neighborhood. It has a sparkling clean bathroom and a kitchenette(no stove). The kitchenette has a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric kettle, and single brew coffee dispenser. The space is for a single guest and furnished with a high quality twin size bed , a full size table, and a full size chest drawers.

In most cities, space is a premium. We took that philosophy to heart when designing this 1BR apt just a ten minute drive from Downtown LA. Please note: there is another completely separate guest room with separate entrance next to this room. If you are extremely sensitive/allergic to noise, this may not be the best option for you.

The unit is close to a super market, banks and restaurants. It is in downtown Rowland Heights. The listing is an apartment in the back of the main house. It has its private entrance. One has to go through the gated front yard to go to this apartment. This apartment/studio has it own heat/cooling and a kitchen for light cooking. It is a wonderful place for one to two persons.
