It is in the hip Rue des Martyrs area, with a lively local presence and many cafés, bars and restaurants. It is only a short walk to Montmatre, the Moulin Rouge and Opera, and 3 metro lines (2,7,12). There is a magnificent view from the living room balcony over the roofs of Paris and the Eiffel tower. Well equiped kitchen and high-speed wifi.

Spacious living room, and a private closed bedroom upstairs. Confortable furnished, views on greenery. Walking around is so easy : The Abesses district, shops, restaurants, the subway 12 and 2, only a 1mn walk away . A perfect central place to rest after exploring Paris!
