It is located in the heart of Paris, in the Marais district, on Rue du Temple—one of the oldest streets in the city—with an exceptional view of Temple Square. The apartment is perfectly designed for a loving couple, a writer, or a businessperson in search of inspiration and stimulation in life. Véritable atelier d'artiste, habité par le peintre Georges Braque en 1911, dans une petite rue qui part de Pigalle. L'atelier , situé au 2ème étage est aujourd'hui entièrement rénové, confortable, très bien équipé, haut de 4 m sous plafond, lumineux, les baies vitrées s'ouvrent sur la cour, pavée et arborée de magnolias et de rosiers. Le temps est suspendu, le calme, la douceur de la lumière, les célèbres ateliers de la butte Montmartre, au coeur de Pigalle.

This appartment comprises one bedroom, one salon with US kitchen, one bathroom with WC as well as a small balcony with a terrific view over the Eiffel Tower. The appartment is carefully cleaned after each visit in accordance with Airbnb Covid guidelines and instructions.

The apartment is 50 m2./ 538 sq feet. Great shopping and restaurants just outside. Metro Anvers/Notre dame de Lorette / St George/ Cadet, all circle the apartment. Bus 85 just in front of the apartment is direct to the river and the Louvre.
