Bonjour voyageur, bienvenue dans notre studio où ambiance chaleureuse et cosy vous attendent. Idéal pour un court ou long séjour (week-end détente, cure, travail). Situé au bord du lac, vous serez plonger dans tout ce qui fait Evian. Vous serez situé en face de l'embarcadère, proche des sources. Vous pourrez remonter de vos balades par le funiculaire pour aller directement rue nationale, la principale rue commerçante . Vous y trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, restaurants, bars, magasins.

Au 1er étage d'une maison individuelle avec entrée extérieure indépendante, dans un quartier calme, à 400m de la plage de Neuvecelle ( bars, restaurants accessibles à pied). Situé à quelques minutes d'Evian, face à Lausanne, le logement a 2 chambres individuelles avec vue lac , 1 SDB avec WC et une grande pièce à vivre avec un coin salon.

Your loft in Vevey is located in the pedestrian zone directly on the Quai. A large comfortable bed (200x210cm) can be split on request. Cot(s) if required. Well-stocked library for rainy days. The highlight is the terrace with a magnificent view. The table in front of the loft is reserved for you. The shower/WC is small but functional. Kitchen with large gas cooker, oven, dishwasher and cool crockery. Natural materials and beautiful furniture.
