Five short blocks on maintained walk/bike path along Cedar Creek to brewery and coffee shop on Main. Reliable fiber, Internet and TV with Roku. Off-street parking. The Round House

Welcome to the Round House! This one-of-a-kind, converted grain silo has everything you need to feel right at home. The bedroom is upstairs. Delta is a gateway to the Western Slope of Colorado. Grand Mesa, Black Canyon National Monument and innumerable outdoor destinations are within a short distance. Please let me know if you are traveling with a dog when you reserve. There is a $30 PER dog fee. No Cats Please. If your stay is longer than 14 days there will be an additional deep cleaning fee.

Enjoy a stunning Rocky Mountain View of Needle Rock and the Pitkin Range. The space has many amenities for 1 to 12 people. Families, hunters, couples, all are welcome to enjoy the indoor/outdoor private areas with their rustic southwest decor in the lower level walkout. 1.5 miles from the "last genuine cowtown" Crawford, CO, (you might see a cattle drive going through town), 1 mile from the Crawford Lake, 11 miles to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. Our whimsical country cottage is the perfect spot to sit and relax, take a stroll down a country road or have a gathering under the big cottonwood tree. Enjoy the views of the ponds, and if you watch, you may see some wildlife roaming. After a fun day of sightseeing enjoy a s'more around the fire pit. The inside has plenty of space for games, a meal together, and has new luxury beds and furniture for a delightful stay. Nothing says "stop and smell the coffee" like this romantic country retreat.

Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
