Welcome to Ridgway! This newly built apartment offers amazing deck views of the San Juan Mountains. In Ridgway, everything is a short walk or bike ride away. The scenic river walk, tasty restaurants, galleries, Town Park, and nightlife are all within a short distance. Plus, the San Juans are home to some of the state's best skiing, mountain biking, climbing, and hiking! Relax & unwind in this beautiful country setting in the heart of sweetcorn country. Just 5 minutes from the airport & 10 minutes from downtown. This quaint guest house is completely separate from the main home and you can take in gorgeous Colorado sunrises and sunsets as you sit outside. There is a queen size bed and a twin bed, a small kitchen that has a breakfast bar, fridge, microwave, air fryer, 2 burner stove top, toaster and coffee maker. No pets and no smoking allowed.

The cottage is equipped with various amenities such a colorful flowers, fruit trees, a small pond, outdoor seating and BBQ grill that sits next to a private hot tub.

Our guest cottage was built in 2022 and offers a 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) with closet, 1 bath with walk-in shower, cozy living room with vaulted ceilings, 50” Smart TV, internet and free Wifi, small kitchenette with table and 2 chairs, heat and air conditioning, We will be adding a covered front porch summer/spring 2024.
