The large open space offers 2 very comfortable king beds, one is a 100% organic non-toxic pillow top mattress. You will feel like you're at home with a well equipped kitchenette, breakfast nook, and large living space along with a pool table. The apartment will make your stay not only relaxing but also fun. Our property has a playground for kids and pikes peak views!

Monument Colorado - Tiny Home nestled in the Pines - conveniently located near Air Force Academy, Monument, Palmer Lake, just north of Colorado Springs including Garden of the Gods, etc. 40 min south of South Denver- a quick drive to hiking and biking trails, restaurants and mountain fun! Only 3 miles from I-25 but a world away from the everyday! Can sleep up to 6 ( 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a Futon sofa) This is a non smoking home - Enjoy the peaceful mountain air in an adorable tiny house

Shops stocked with local artisans' works. The loft does not accommodate more than two persons--no exceptions.

Peaceful Colorado A-Frame Hideaway Cabin "Hot Tub"

Experience a true Colorado getaway with this custom built Scandinavian inspired A-frame, nestled on the Palmer Divide, located only 15 min to Colorado Springs & 30 min to S Denver. You will feel secluded within the pines and views to die for. You might see wildlife walking by while enjoying a cup of coffee or glass of wine in the hot tub or cozied up in a blanket on the deck. First bottle of wine is on us! Hiking trails are just minutes drive from cabin. Make sure to relax & disconnect !

Relax in this calm, stylish space. It has its own separate entrance and is above the garage of the house. It is inviting and charming with all the comforts of home. Fully appointed with the needed items for a full kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom with a washer and dryer. This location is just a couple of miles from the North Gate entrance to the Air Force Academy with great views of Pikes Peak, Rampart Range, Academy Chapel. Very convenient to lots of Co Springs activities!

Private Studio on urban homestead Central #0633

This great space has all the comforts you need for a enjoyable home away from home. There is a sleeping, lounging and dining area as well as a kitchenette, bathroom and a lovely patio space. We have established and grow a large variety of edible plants. On our 1/4 acre lot we use a compost and a rain catching system to support our food forest, spiral herb garden and annual beds. We raise chickens and have been attempting to start an apiary. I am happy to give garden tours if interested.

The fireplace makes it cozy and warm and sometimes we are visited by large wildlife. Minutes from restaurants and hiking trails.

Forest, and many hiking/Nordic trails. It has great I-25 access and is comfortable, quiet, private, on a beautiful treed lot in the residential community of Woodmoor. It features a private entrance and unshared space.
