Whether it be a couple's getaway, special occasion, holiday travel or scouting out the LKN area, we welcome you! Located in a quiet neighborhood only 1.5 miles off I-77, the Loft is a private second floor guesthouse overlooking Lake Norman. You'll also have access to an outdoor balcony, kayaks, paddle boards, the lake, beach, fire pit, and gazebo.

The suite has been recently renovated with all new finishes, including a wet bar area. Our house is right on Lake Norman, with several lake access points within the immediate area. We are unable to accommodate guests’ boats, jet skis or trailers. ONLY ONE VEHICLE IS INCLUDED DUE TO PARKING LIMITATIONS. A $100 FEE WILL BE ADDED FOR EACH ADDITIONAL VEHICLE.

Tower View Suites Suite 202 is a private, quiet one-bedroom 2nd floor apartment in a historic 1885 building in the heart of downtown Statesville. Walk to numerous restaurants, unique shops, live entertainment, farmer’s markets, government centers and community events. Only one other suite in the building. Washer and dryer are in the suite.
