Beach House #1

A quaint cottage near the beach, Beach House #1 gives you the best of both forest and beach-living. It is located just a short walk from the beach, perfect for spotting marine wildlife or catching a kayak tour. Picture windows in the sunroom capture the midnight summer sun and the dramatic forest views. The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

Cooper Cabins

Log building with 2 queen beds. In the winter this is my garage but summer it's a great 'cabin'. No water in cabin. Micro, fridge, covered area with gas grill,space heater, private shower/toilet house. Fire pit, no wood supplied. Kenai Lake access is 1 mile, great beach walking. Fish on the Kenai, 1.5 miles away or drive 6 miles to the Russian River. Dogs allowed but you cannot leave them alone in the cabin unless they are in a kennel. If days are not available please ask, I might be open.

Denali View! Sauna! 1 mile to Glen Alps/Flattop TH

Lone Pine Cottage is nestled against the Chugach State Park. Walk out the front door and explore the meadow of wildflowers below, or the forest next to the cottage which leads directly into the Chugach. The Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead is 1 mile up the road and provides easy access to amazing hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, climbing, and skiing adventures. Enjoy the unobstructed views of Denali/Mt. McKinley, “Sleeping Lady” (Mount Susitna), and the Anchorage skyline from 1600ft elev.

Cabin w Stunning river/mtn view!

This private cabin has views to leave you awestruck! Small deck and huge windows bring the view inside! Alaskan charm at it's best! Very clean and accommodating! Many of our guests tell us this has been their favorite on their vacation! Full kitchen & bath, flat screen satellite TV, wi-fi; cozy but complete! Lots of local knowledge to help you in any way with ideas, restaurants, activities and directions and sometimes, adorable husky puppies to play with! Bike rentals available on property!

Moosewood Cabin

Built in the late 1930's, Moosewood Cabin offers clean, comfortable, and cozy authentic Alaskan lodging for two. A great place to base your Seward, Alaska adventures. Summer 2025 will be our 27th season of offering Seward visitors a great place to rest after a full day of exploring the Seward Area. Moosewood is perfect for the minimalist traveler who wants to live large in the great outdoors! No Wi-Fi No pets, smoking/drug use of any kind is permitted on or near the property.

The Bear Cub Cabin

Built by Alaskan gold miners in the early 1900’s, the Bear Cub Cabin was reconstructed in 2016. Nestled in the beautiful Chugach National Forest with towering Alaskan mountains right at your doorstep. This historical cabin is clean, cozy and perfect for a couple looking to experience the many activities of the Kenai Peninsula. Perfectly located close to the beautiful seaside city of Seward, world-class king salmon fishing in Cooper Landing, and the charming town of Moose Pass.

Nestled in a forest of Mountain Hemlocks hundreds of years old, the home is located in a quiet neighborhood only a 5-6 minute walk from the Glen Alps/Flattop Trailhead providing the most direct and easy access to Chugach State Park. There are endless possibilities for hiking, climbing, and skiing from the house. Or, if you prefer to sit and relax and read a book, the view from the deck or living room couch of the Anchorage skyline and Denali/Mt. McKinley is spectacular.

Lower Paradise Log Cabin

The Lower Paradise cabin is the perfect Alaskan adventure base awaits at this 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom vacation rental cabin in Moose Pass. Six travelers will enjoy the close proximity to all the attractions of the Kenai Peninsula. It’s the perfect retreat for a family vacation or a friends getaway since this cabin is just 10 minutes from Moose Pass and Cooper Landing. Explore ‘The Last Frontier’ with a drive south to Seward or North to Denali National Park!

Bear Valley Cabin

Fully equipped Guest Cabin near the main home. Sleeps 2. Maximum of 4 (with extra guest fees). * There is 1 Outdoor Security Camera on the garage of the Main Home for safety Treed property, very quiet neighborhood, wildlife: moose, bears, lynx Kitchen, Laundry washer dryer 1 bathroom with shower. 1 Cozy Bedroom with full bed. Futon converts in to full bed. BBQ , patio furniture Great base location for exploring South Central Alaska.

Clear Creek Cabin

Welcome to Clear Creek Cabin located just 5 minutes from Seward. The cabin is 800 sq ft, 2 bedrooms (1 king/1 queen pillow top beds) the couch pulls out to a bed or I have a double sized memory foam bed available for a 5th person. There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.
