We are close too all activity’s walking distance from The Lake and 5 mins from The Village and the slopes of Big Bear Mountain. We are located right off the main road for easy going. This beautiful and authentic retro apartment is less than 10 min from Lake Perris and features 1 Queen bed, a full 50s kitchen, & bathroom--including a 40" TV, DVD player, Roku, shared 600-Mbs ethernet node, fast WIFI, jukebox radio w/ bluetooth, coffee maker, plush rug, vases, and custom sconce shades from Europe. The bathroom has wooden-like porcelain tiles, yielding a spa-like feel. Ideal during peak season for DesertDaze/GlenHelen/NOS festivals or motorbike Raceways. Dishware not included.

Access to lobby with fireplace, kitchen, bbq, deck and hot tub are potentially community areas, tho often not fully booked.

Marriott Newport Coast Villa 2BR

I own a timeshare in the Marriott Newport Coast Villas. It is a beautiful resort and rooms go for over $500 a night. This is a 2 BR / 2 BATH unit unless I specify it separately in our messages. I will give your name to the hotel and you check in like a normal guest. All amenities, etc are available just as if you were a hotel guest. PLEASE note there is no cancellation & I request you to message before you book with your dates so I can verify they are available. I respond very quickly!
