Cwmystwyth is a beautiful, remote location - by day you'll experience the sound of birds and distant waterfalls and at night, silence and spectacular dark skies. Explore the Cwmystwyth mines and the picturesque panoramas of the Hafod Estate.

There's lush river swimming spots, lakes, waterfalls and mountains to explore. Our nearest beach is Aberdyfi, just 30mins away. 16mins drive to the epic Cadair Idris!

Dolfan Barn Studio is so named because an artist once worked here, prior to that it was a cow byre. Just under a mile out of the village of Beulah the Studio is a perfect place to unwind. Located just a mile from Aberystwyth and set in beautiful countryside – come and enjoy nature at its best on our tranquil and peaceful smallholding. Stroll through our meadow to admire the sea view, enjoy a glimpse of rare Red Kites, relax under the trees by the stream or spot the wildlife.

It is within walking distance to local shops, cafes, restaurants and boutique cinema. You can enjoy the beach and coastal path on your doorstep or take a drive inland to nearby Aberystwyth.

There is a wide screen HD tv with DVD player, dvd's, books and games. Patio doors open from the living room onto a small patio area with garden furniture.

The property is a 1860s grade 2 listed build full of character and charm, enjoying stunning views looking up the valley. We have sympathetically restored the property with its sash window and flag stone flooring, however it still includes all the mod cons to ensure a delightfully chilled holiday.
