There are numerous hiking trails and waterfalls. Sugar Mountain and Beech Mountain offer skiing in the winter and mountain biking in the summer. There is exceptional mountain biking as close as 8 miles from the house. Zip lines and other attractions near by.

Mtns State Park (est drive time/mins: 10 Morganton, 20 Marion, 30 Hickory, Rutherfordton & Shelby, 40 Black Mtn). Exterior staining underway as weather/timing permit.

FYI, you share the yard with our other guests and our 3 sweet dogs.
