Serene, elegantly appointed 19th century compound, fully modernized and set on the edge of a 50 acre land preserve next to boat friendly Bantam Lake. Located in the rolling hills of Litchfield County this expansive home has four buildings and every amenity: pool, hot tub, heated gym, cedar sauna, central AC, 2 chef’s kitchens, game barn, primary suite with wb fireplace and soaking tub, a pool house guest suite with steam shower, & treehouse w/ slides & a swing set built on a 300yr old oak tree.

Farm House

A serene get away in a farm cottage on a real working farm. We homesteaded this property in 2012 and have created our own slice of paradise. We grow produce and flowers we sell at a local farmers market. We have Scottish Highlander cows, an ex racehorse, a shetland pony, goats, ducks, chickens, barn cats and a resident farm dog, Finula. You're welcome to roam the property, sit by the pond, visit with the animals, take a tour of the farm or explore all that Litchfield county has to offer!

The area is a prime location, as it offers some of the most stunning and scenic hikes & drives in the country. Only a 10 minute drive from Kent, New Milford or Pawling.

The Cove Cabin

An original Candlewood style cabin. The house has been updated to offer all modern comforts. It features a large fireplace in the living room, porch over looking the lake, central heat and air conditioning and a fully equipped cook's kitchen. It is on the northern most part of Candlewood Lake with direct, private water access from the shore or the dock. A foam lily pad, two SUP, and two inflatable two person kayaks are available for use from May 1 to November 1..
