This cozy apartment in a charming country house dating back to 1887 was modernized in 2016 to combine modern comforts with historic charm. NOTE: The owner lives in one of the apartments on the property. The owner keeps farm animals and pets on the property. Set on a spacious 1000 square meter plot, the apartment offers a great setting for both relaxation and social gatherings. With a living area of 120 square meters, there is plenty of space for up to 4 people, making it ideal for families or small groups. When you enter the house, you will immediately notice the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The living room is bright and spacious, and it is equipped with a television where you can enjoy Danish TV channels or stream your favorite programs via Chromecast. The wireless internet ensures that you are always connected, whether you are working or just surfing the internet. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a microwave, oven and stove, making it easy to prepare delicious meals. There is also a refrigerator for storing your groceries. For those who want to enjoy the outdoors, there is a lovely terrace where you can barbecue and enjoy meals al fresco. The apartment has two bedrooms, furnished with comfort in mind. The first bedroom has a double bed, perfect for couples, while the second bedroom has two single beds, ideal for children or friends. Both rooms are spacious, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating, which provides a comfortable feeling, especially on cold days. Here you will also find a toilet and a shower, perfect for refreshing after a long day. In addition, there is a guest toilet, making it convenient for multiple guests. For those who want to relax and pamper themselves, there is an indoor sauna, where you can enjoy warmth and relaxation after a long day. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer, making it easy to keep your clothes fresh and clean during your stay.
